These terms govern your use of the Relynk application and website. By using Relynk, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using the Relynk Android application or visiting relynk.in ("the Website"), you ("User", "you", or "MSO Admin") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Relynk on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Relynk service.
Relynk is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application designed for Multi System Operators (MSOs) operating broadband and fibre networks in India. The service includes:
Relynk is provided as a subscription service. Features may vary depending on your active subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.
To use Relynk, you must create an account. You agree to:
MSO admins are responsible for managing team member accounts (Employees) they create within the app. You are accountable for ensuring your team members comply with these Terms.
Relynk offers two subscription plans:
Payments are processed offline or via direct communication with the Relynk team. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your plan is activated within minutes of payment confirmation by the Relynk team.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to contact us to renew your plan before or after expiry. We may remind you via email or WhatsApp as your expiry date approaches.
Due to the nature of digital software services, all payments are non-refundable once a plan has been activated, except in cases where the service was not provided due to an error on our part. If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment.
You agree to use Relynk only for its intended purpose — managing your legitimate MSO network operations. You must not:
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
All data you enter into Relynk — including OLT records, customer information, VLAN data, and GPS coordinates — remains your property. We do not claim ownership over your business data.
By using Relynk, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Relynk service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data. 1-Year plan subscribers have access to the built-in data backup and export feature.
The Relynk brand, logo, application, website design, and all underlying software are the intellectual property of Relynk and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Relynk Android application solely for your internal MSO business operations during your active subscription period.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Relynk service without our express written consent.
The Relynk service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
We are not responsible for any service interruptions caused by Firebase infrastructure outages, internet connectivity issues, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Relynk and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
arising from your use of or inability to use the Relynk service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription plan.
You may stop using Relynk at any time. To request full account and data deletion, please contact us at relynk.crm@gmail.com. As subscriptions are not auto-renewing, simply not renewing your plan will result in service lapse at the end of your subscription period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical. In cases of termination due to our own decision (not your breach), we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Upon termination, your access to the Relynk app will be revoked. Your data will be retained for up to 30 days following termination, after which it will be deleted from our systems.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by reaching out to our support team.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, applicable laws, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will:
The updated Terms will be posted at relynk.in/term-of-service with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
